WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are an United States based boutique with flagships in Rochester, New York and Hartford, Connecticut (welcoming New Jersey with the tri-state as our playground). Although, we frequent and have offices in Atlanta, GA, and Los Angeles, CA.With media and culture frequently changing we travel all over the worlda lot.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DESIGN STUDIO HOURS ?

Our studio hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm EST. Email and Support Tickets are 24/7. Phone support is scheduled between 10am to 2pm EST. Phone communication is scheduled 7 days in advance.*

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR COMMUNICATION PREFERENCE ?

We sometimes communicate via text message if you opt-in via your client in take form. However,email, FB messenger, and support tickets are our mainand preferred preference.

 

 

HOW MANY CLIENTS ARE YOU WORKING WITH?

We on board and transition a variety of clients to keep our business viable and healthy with respect to our founder and team members work-life balance.

 

 

HOW OLD IS YOUR BUSINESS?

We have been in the professional industry for almost 8 years this Fall of 2017. However, we just launched our online studio space for our design studio KM Creative in the Summer of 2017.

 

 

DO YOU TEACH ONE ON ONE CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS FOR YOUR WEBSITE SERVICES?

Yes, we offer one on ones for your platform and back-end. We also provide a 24/7 video library support to understand and navigate your back-end.
